At the end of last year my uncle started the "no sugar" diet well i guess "low sugar" diet! He has lost about 15kgs in 2-3 months and is still losing it, he does absolutely no exercise exept every second week he goes for an hour bike ride up and down some mountains! So i decided this would be the perfect diet for me! I started the diet about 2-3 weeks ago and it has already showed progress i have only lost about 3 kgs but its showing already which is great and the first weeks are always the hardest with withdrawals etc! The no sugar diet is defiantly worth a try if you need good results fast!!
