  • The key to losing weight is eating healthy. Not just working out. If you work out but eat crap, you're not getting anywhere. You need to eat healthy and workout.

  • Things to ditch

    White bread
    Dairy (unless low fat)
    Cheese!
    Sugar of all kind
    Fast food
    Soda
    Chips
    Cookies

  • Things to have more of

    Water
    Gatorade/ powerade
    Vegetables
    Fruit
    Certain meats ( lean chicken, meatloaf, etc.)
    Low fat / 1%/ soy/ almond milk
