  • First things first, get your ingredients together. These can vary by what you like.
I used whole wheat bread, eggs, avocado, spinach and Kraft sharp cheddar cheese slices. (You could use whatever bread or cheese you'd like and spinach is optional)

  • Toast that bread!

  • While the bread is toasting cook the egg. I seasoned it with salt and pepper. 
You could also undercook the yolk if you like it that way or even take the yolk out and just use the egg white (that's the healthiest way).
Put a cheese slice on the bread and add the egg right onto it to make it melt.

  • Next, prepare and wash your spinach and cut up your avocado into slices. 
And top it off. 
If you wanted to add a dressing you could try plain greek yogurt!
