  • You are going to start with the macaroni. I cook around 2 cups. Follow the instructions on the box or the bag and make sure it's cooked throughly. While they are cooking you can start making the cheese sauce in a skillet / frying pan. Drain when finished.

  • I used a light cream cheese cause I think it tastes pretty much the same, for less calories. I used half of the smallest container into that frying pan! Skillet. I find this gives it a really creamy taste that I just love πŸ’›

I added the cheese last, because I gave the other ingredients time to melt down a bit. Once the shredded cheese is added, it will create a really creamy mixture when done!

  • *my secret topping* To me, ritz crackers are the ultimate typing on Mac n' cheese! I grab a decent handful, put them in a platonic bag and start mashing!!  This is completely optional but I sure love it!!!
