  • Add 1-1 1/2 cups of sugar for every bag of cranberries you are cooking

  • Stir occasionally so that all the sugar melts and it didn't burn

  • Lower the heat & test the flavor. Too thick? Add more orange juice. Too thin cook for longer. Too tart? Add sugar.
