Super Easy And Healthy Baked Kale Chips

  • These can't be easier to make so if you want a quick healthy snack this won't take long.

    Ingredients:

    Kale (rinsed & preferably organic)
    1 tbl sp of olive oil
    Salt & any other spices you'd like on your chips
    A bowl or container (something to toss in)
    Cookie sheet

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

    Remove stems from kale and rip into bite size pieces.

    Place them in your bowl & add olive oil. (I use a Tupperware with a top so I can shake it). Shake or toss.

    Line kale in a single layer on cookie sheet & bake for 10-15 min. Your preference.

    Enjoy with no guilt!
