take cold showers when you bathe or shower, dont apply soap to the burned area; it may irritate your skin. when you get out pat the towel on your skin, not rub.
aloe vera you can buy gels or lotions that contain aloe vera and apply it to your burned area. dont rub it in like you would lotion; leave it a little gooey all over your skin.
tea bags make a glass of tea like you normally would. then gently dab a cloth soaked in the hot tea onto your burn. its best to do this at night so it can just do its magic while you sleep. you can just wash it off in the morning
skim milk rest a cloth soaked in the milk onto your sunburn. the coolness takes out the initial fire and the milk creates a protein film that helps ease the discomfort.
tomato juice tomatoes are acidic but they do not hurt, they help the redness go down. so use this step if your burn is very recent, not peeling.
vinegar mix 1/4 cup vinegar with 1/4 cup of cold water. soak a hand towel over your burn for however long youd like, dont worry about the smell. it should go away in less than an hour.
