👀Suffering From A Dry, Itchy And/Or Flaky Scalp? Try This Simple Solution! It's So Easy!👀
All you need is a water bottle, water and some rosemary! Rosemary helps to condition the scalp which in turn helps scalp health and it also stimulates growth! How great is that?
Along with this, I'm posting a how-to article that I felt was very helpful on how to make it and it also includes some FAQ's! My mom made this for me (the blue spray bottle is mine!) and she makes hers a little different but it works just the same. I've been suffering all winter from a weird super dry, and super itchy scalp (even after I wash it, it's still constantly itchy!) and she mixed this up for me and told me just spray it on whenever. I do it at least once a day and it's made a huge difference, especially in the itching department!
Today, I'm planning on spraying my head down and really working it into my scalp, then I'm going to apply my coconut oil, also working that into my scalp to see what kind of relief I can get from doing both. I can update the tip if anyone would like to know my results, let me know in the comments! If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask and I will answer them to the best of my ability! 😊 If you're suffering from any or all of the above, this definitely could be worth a try! It's simple to mix together and creates immediate relief!
As I said, in doing some research, I found that this article was very helpful. If you're looking for more information, simply googling "rosemary for scalp" brings up plenty more articles!
I know some of you were curious about how the spray and the coconut oil worked. It was fantastic! I actually had a whole week of relief, which was huge for me after dealing with the itchiness all winter long, I even forgot to spray some days throughout that week. Now that I did it for awhile, I don't have to spray my scalp as often either. (I just do it whenever I start to feel itchy and I know that my scalp is clean! I also like to spray a bit after I wash it just to be proactive. 😊) It's such a simple solution and if done when needed, with the coconut oil, your hair will thank you!
I used to have just a spray bottle with regular water in it next to my hair stuff in my bathroom but now, I always have a bottle of this. It's easy enough to spritz it on your scalp quick when you need it and you get immediate relief, it's simple, and in my opinion, smells so clean and fresh! How much better could it get? 😊 I even use it on my family and friends when I cut their hair and most times people don't even notice the smell but notice how much better their scalp feels, even if it isn't super itchy. I'm officially hooked! 😋
Have you given this a try? Tried it along with the coconut oil? I'd love to hear about your results! Leave me a comment if you'd like and let me know how it works for you. 😊 Hope I've been helpful! Please feel free to ask questions if you have them and I will do my absolute best to answer them. Have a wonderful day and happy tipping! 💗
