Talk to a group of friends about what is stressing you. Part of their role as being a friend is helping you in times of need and also offering advice. This is not one of my favorite choices, but everyone has their preferences!
Blogging. Blogging is a way to tell people how you feel, and share your opinions. You can do it anonymously or you can share your name, whatever makes you comfortable. The people who look at your blog will react with you and help you relax.
Spa day! Sometimes all you need is a boost of self confidence and a little pampering! A day free of hectic tasks and paperwork! A dat free of the outside world! Seclude yourself(and maybe a friend) and have a day all about you!
Sleep! Sometimes all a person needs to de-stress is a small nap or maybe a good nights sleep. Sleep is so refreshing and can energize you and prepare you for the obstacles to come💕
