Strawberry Pineapple Popsicles by Strawberry Pineapple Popsicles2 c. pineapple chunks, 3 c. strawberries, 1/3 c. + 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 3 T. simple syrup (1 c. water, 1 c. sugar boiled together). Pineapple part gets 1/3 c. juice & 1 t. syrup - strawberry gets 1/2 c. juice & 2T syrup. Each is blended and layered in molds.
