Strawberry Peach Skillet Cobbler

3 cups of chopped strawberries
2 cups of frozen peach slices
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup of oats (not quick cooking)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, chopped into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use either a cast iron skillet or a 9x13 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, add your chopped strawberries, peach slices, sugar and cornstarch. Toss everything until it's all mixed together. Pour this mixture across the bottom of your cast iron skillet (or across your baking dish).
Now, add your oats, brown sugar, flour and butter to your mixing bowl and toss together. Sprinkle this mixture down across your fruit mixture.
Pop your skillet in the oven and bake 22-26 minutes or until the cobbler is bubbly and slightly browned on the edges.
Remove from oven and serve immediately (maybe with a scoop of vanilla!).
