Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry slightly. Cut the pastry into 12 equal rectangles and place on the baking sheet. Bake until golden and puffed, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the pastries to a wire rack to cool completely.
To assemble the napoleons, you can either leave the rectangles whole or cut them in half for thinner layers. Reserve 4 pieces of puff pastry for the tops (or 6 if splitting in half). Top the remaining pieces with some whipped cream, a thin layer of strawberries and a dusting of confectioners’ sugar. Layer your dessert and top with a reserved piece of puff pastry. Dust once more with some confectioners’ sugar. Drizzle some chocolate over the top and serve.
