Strawberries And Cream French Toast Roll Ups12 slices of whole wheat bread
12 tsp of whipped cream cheese...
12 tsp strawberry jam
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup cane sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamonRemove the crusts from the slices of bread || Roll each slice of bread with a rolling pin. Spread each slice of flattened bread with one teaspoon of cream cheese and strawberry jam, spreading on one side of the bread to the length of the bread. Roll the bread up tightly, sealing shut || In a shallow dish, combine the sugar and cinnamon and mix well || Dip each roll in the coconut oil,then the sugar/cinnamon mixture and set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper || Bake at 350F for 15 minutes until the outside is golden, and serve warm! [You can also freeze them ahead of time and cook at 400F for 10-12 mins.
