  • I know this is disturbing but if your craving a burger, fast food or just plain junk food. Think of it as brown intestines that will infect every body part. Think of the processed disease in all fast food that is not cooked with NORMAL veggies. Just plain grease, worms, infections and mushy mold

  • As your eating your unhealthy cravings and you find it so delicious that you just can't stop eating it. Just make a quick action and pour your drink or just something gross on top of your food and you won't even think about finishing it because your "food" is ruined. Just ruin the hell out of it

  • Okay so once you start think about that delicious unhealthy food, put on a healthy cook show. You can find it on Rachel Rae, YouTube or wherever. It will make you want to taste that delicious healthy saucy meal that can't be replace by fast food grease.

  • A lot of people will tell you to excersize it go for a run if you want to stop your cravings. But that's not necessarily true. Once you burn some energy you will become hungry and it will be harder for you to not want something quick and easy, so you will think of salty foods to help your energy stay up. Fruit might help a bit but it won't entirety satisfy your hunger. After excersize munch on nuts, cashews or trail mix. It's a quick and protein filled snack. And that tiny bit if salt will satisfy your after workout cravings.
