Stop Stress And Remember More While Studying!
Okay lets be honest with each other, how many of you stress out while studying and feel like you have a mountain on top of your shoulders? I think all students stress out while studying. I'm going to give you a couple of tips to help you remember and not stress.
First off, everyone procrastinates at some point, but if you really care about an oncoming quiz or project, you'll do anything to get a 100%. So put the test date on your calendar and plan out how long you have to study.
Let's say you have a test on monday and you find it out on thursday. From thursday to friday study for 15 minutes (study the stiff that you need help most). Then on saturday , study for 40 minutes every 2-3 hours.
Sunday is the special day for you, i suggest that you study for 40 minutes then take a 15 minute break.
By doing this, you're storing information in your long-term memory, thus helping you remember what's going to be on your test
Also, remember to think positive and stay calm while you're doing the test and studying!
