1.) Preheat oven to 400*
2.) Aluminum foil sheets (one for every steak you are making) a little longer than your forearm
3.) cans of whole potatoes and cans of green beans (I uses 2 cans of potatoes and 2 cans of green beans)
4.) seasonings of your choice
6.) cake pan(s) with about a half an inch of water
1.) rinse your meat (or coat with vinegar any flavor. Red wine vinegar and apple cider vinegar are my preference). Leave in sink, (easier to season and clean up), tenderize with a fork and then season each side. Let sit to prep everything else.
2.) fold each side of the foil to make a pocket to hold your food. Place each piece of meat in the middle of the foil pockets.
3.) open and drain your canned veggies, and divide them amongst all of your foil pockets.
After you are done, stick a tblsp and a half In each pocket and drizzle any sauce of your choice on them. (A1, soy, etc). And roll the sides up together to close the pockets. Stick each pocket in the pan of water you have set aside. When all pockets are in the pan, cover the whole pan with foil to steam the pockets for a more tender and juicy meal! Bake for about two hours and check. May need longer if the pieces of meat are thicker than usual.
