Spring Forward Contest

Food tip: Smoothies are my favorite healthy clean treat! They're a tasty way to boost your nutrient intake. Here's my formula for a perfect smoothie every time: 2 cups leafy greens, 2 cups liquid, and 3 cups ripe fruit.
Fashion tip: You know how in middle school, you were extra excited to go to school when you had a cute outfit to show off? I totally stole that feeling for my workout clothes. When I'm feeling a slump in my routine, I make coordinating workout outfits to spark my interest in hitting the gym!
Beauty tip: I sometimes exercise before work, but I shower only at night. To make sure I smell like I didn't just come from the gym, though, I wipe off with shower sheets, apply DIY deodorant (holla @ avoiding toxins!), and shake dry shampoo through my strands for a fresh style.
