Split Sausage And Peppers

Chop up one big pepper of choice. Add your own flare with different colored peppers and onions. Little tip, cut them long ways to make them fit better in the sausage.
After chopping you can mix the peppers with the seasoning for evenness.
Now cut the sausage down the middle making a slit.
Season them up!
Stuff the sausages with the peppers and add whatever extra around the sausage. Bake or broil at 375 for twenty to thirty minutes.
Let it sit for a few minutes to cool. Keep some if the juice in the pan for when you cook the tatter-tots.
Once you put the sausages aside, season your tots and broil or toast them to your desired point. Once they are all done serve hot and enjoy!
