Spicy Salmon Ceviche

  • Ingredients

    5-6oz fresh salmon

    Juice of 4 limes

    1 avocado, cubed

    ¼ cup diced red onion

    1 diced jalapeño

    ¼ cup chopped cilantro

    1 tsp. of McCormick's Chili Powder

    1 tbsp. of McCormick’s Lemon Pepper with Garlic and Onion


    Cut salmon into small cubes and place in bowl.

    Pour lime juice in bowl with avocado, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, chili powder and lemon pepper.

    Mix evenly; cover bowl and place in refrigerator 10 minutes to allow the lime juice to cook the salmon.
