While pitching make sure you just take a big step off the mound. This will make you have more power and it will come in faster.
Also make sure you flick your wrist I know this is an obvious tip but many people forget this
While throwing make sure you throw over your head. Sometimes I accidentally throw to my side and it's just not as accurate. (I got this picture off line)
While batting bend your knees a little. You don't want to be stiff while batting and also when you hit the ball you can easily take off and run.
While fielding. Before the ball is hit make sure you're down and ready. That means knees bent, butt out (a little) head up, glove out. Also when it's a ground ball use your other hand to block the ball into the glove. (I got the picture off line)
While in the outfield you also need to be down and ready because you never know if the ball will be hit to the outfield. When I'm in the outfield o usually stand with one of my legs behind the other so I'm ready to run. Also you never run straight beck or don't take your eye of the ball. You run sideways. Also run up to the ball don't wait till the ball gets to you. (Obviously took this off line)
I'm still 14 and in 8th grade so I still have a lot to learn but hope this helps you!!
