  • GINGERBREAD COOKIES 1/2 CUP MARGARINE OR BUTTER SOFTENED 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR PACKED 1 1/4 TSP GROUND GINGER 1 TSP BAKING POWDER 3/4 TSP CINNAMON 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA 1/4 TSP SALT 1/8 TSP GROUND CLOVES 1 LARGE EGG 1/2 CUP FANCY (MILD) MOLASSES 2 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR Preheat oven to 375º Put all ingredients (except flour) in large bowl, mix well, add half the amount of flour Mix well add the rest of the flour Mix well Divide dough in half and wrap each piece in saran wrap, chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Roll out & cut out desired shapes Bake 8-10 mins or till golden brown
