learning how to juggle the ball is easy with these simple steps⚽⚽
First you want to kick the ball up in between your knee and waist to start then let the ball bounce off the ground until it come back up again then kick it again between waist and knee height.
Repeat this till you feel comfortable to move on 💪
Then when you feel comfortable try kicking it with no bounces in between. keep it on one foot to start if with, then when you can do 100 juggles without dropping it move on to the next foot and then both.

When you get good try and do the juggles low, hoping on one leg doing them or sitting on the ground!⚽
