Smothered Pork Chops In The Crock Pot

  • Use crockpot an oval one so that the pork chops cook evenly

    Ingredients
    1 package of 4 boneless pork chops
    1 package of onion soup
    1 can of chicken broth (14.5oz)
    1 can of cream of chicken soup (10.5oz)
    1package of dry pork gravy
    Garlic powder

    Step one: Combined in crockpot: onion soup, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and dry pork gravy. Whisk all together don't worry about lumps they will disappear as they cook

    Step two: sprinkle garlic powder on each side of the pork chop.

    Step three: put pork chop in the crock pot and cover the with the mixture

    Step four: set on low 6-8hrs cook

  • In order to have a thicker sauce to place on top of the pork chops

    Ingredients
    2 tablespoons of butter
    3 tablespoons of flour
    2 cups of pork gravy (I use the gravy I'm cooking in)

    Step one: place butter in pot and let it melt make sure to keep an eye so the butter don't burn

    Step two: whisk flour into the melted butter. Whisk until smooth

    Step three: add pork gravy to the mixture

    Step four: whisk for another minute

    Than its ready to serve.
