Siracha Brown Sugar Shrimp

  • Ingredients needed:

    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • salt & pepper, to taste
    • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
    • 1/2 pound peeled and deveined shrimp with tails left on
    • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

  • How to:

    In a small bowl, stir brown sugar, sriracha, oil, salt, pepper and garlic together. Toss with shrimp to marinate 30 minutes.

    Skewer onto kebob sticks and grill about 3 minutes per side or until completely opaque. Remove from grill and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
