Simple Solutions To Relieving Body Aches And Pains

Using a golf ball or tennis ball can help relieve body aches and pains. Lie down on the floor and place the ball anywhere your body is being effected. It's almost as good as getting a massage, minus the whole body relaxing. It might be tender or sore even. Try breathing exercises to help you relax.
You can even use them on your feet. Roll the ball from toes to heel or in circular motions.
- I suggest doing these steps for no more than 10-15 minutes at a time.
- Never use a heating pad on sore muscles. If there is inflammation, heat can make it worse.
- Ice for no more than 10-15 minutes at a time.
