Shepherds Pie Twice Baked Potatoes

1 pound of ground hamburger
5 carrots, chopped
4 stalks of celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
About 7 potatoes
Put potatoes in microwave or oven & cook until soft.
Cook hamburger until brown. Add a tablespoon of butter and put in onion, celery, carrots, salt, & pepper. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add a tablespoon of flour & cook another 2 minutes, or until bottom of pan is getting brown.
Cut potatoes in half & scoop out potato with a spoon. Leave a little bit around the edges.
Add the potatoes that you scooped out to a pot. Add butter, milk, salt, pepper & cheese (optional). Heat until warm & mash with a potato masher.
Fill the potatoes with hamburger & vegetable mixture.
Put mashed potatoes in a piping bag or ziplock bag & pipe over the meat mixture.
Bake in oven on 350 degrees until potatoes are browned on top.
To make gravy you will need:
The pan used to cook hamburger & vegetables (not cleaned)
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups water
3 beef bouillon cubes
Add butter to pan & melt. Whisk in flour until smooth. Add water & bouillon cubes. Whisk until heated through & cubes are melted.
