Start off any workout with stretching the muscle you are going to be working out! Here I like to do around 3 sets till failure to get my back pumped and ready for the workout! If you can't do a pull up its okay :) there are assisted pull up machines!
Close grip lat pull down: 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Lat pull down: 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Dumbbell row: 4 sets of 12 reps
Seated cable row: 3 sets of 15 reps
Deadlift: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
