  • If you have "dimply" looking problem areas on your thighs, legs, or belly, than this recipe is for you!

  • You'll Need:
    1/4 c. Almond Oil (or grapeseed oil)
    40 Drops Juniper Oil
    3 drops Lemon Oil
    1 Tbs Coconut Oil
    1 Tbs Beeswax Pastilles or grated beeswax

  • Combine the carrier oil (almond/grapeseed/etc) in a small saucepan over the lowest heat setting possible, add coconut oil and beeswax and stir until dissolved.

  • Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes. Add the essential oils and then pour into a small 1/2 pint jar.

    Let set an hour or so to solidify. Alternatively you could just make a massage oil without the beeswax as well.

    Apply to problem areas twice per day (morning/night) massaging vigorously for at

  • least 10 minutes with each application.

    Always massage in a direction Towards your heart, rather than Away from your heart. This will increase your circulation (and your results!).

  • Certain types of Essential oil are well known for their anti-cellulite properties. Those oils include:

    Juniper
    Fennel
    Grapefruit
    Rosemary
    Sage
    Lemon
    Cypress

  • Massage stimulates the lymphatic flow, increasing blood flow to the area. The addition of 1 or more of the above essential oils will help your body reduce cellulite naturally. Each oil has it's own useful properties, for example Juniper Oil is an overall tonic. It helps prevent tissue degeneration,

  • reduces fluid retention, encourages glomerular filtration (which helps to release sodium, potassium and chlorine from the body), and it works in anti-cellulite creams by stimulating the connective tissues of the skin, firming them, while increasing circulation which promotes dissolving of fat cells
