  • When it comes to healthy smoothie recipes, there is no denying that seaweed is one of the best. Packed with all the good stuff, take this secret of the sea, whizz it up, and drink it down.

    What You Will Need:

    Half A Sheet Of Dried Seaweed
    2 Kiwis
    Half An Apple
    1 Cup Of Cranberry Juice
    1 Tablespoon Of Honey
    Half A Tablespoon Of Flax Seed
    A Pinch Of Salt
    3-5 Ice Cubes

    *this makes two servings

  • What To Do:

    The night before you plan on concocting this healthy smoothie, you want to take your dried seaweed and soak it in water overnight to really soften it up and have it ready in the morning.

    The next day, wash your fruits, peel the kiwi (apple skin is super healthy), and then cut them up. You don’t have to do any fine mincing, a few small chunks should do just fine.

    That is pretty much all the preparation that needs to be done. After that, simply put all the ingredients in the blender or juicer than whiz away for about 1-2 minutes.

    Pour down and drink up.
