  • Try this workout a few times a week in ur normal routine or do this 4-5x a week along with cardio and strength training exercises


    Remember you have to focus on more than just one muscle group to lose weight


    And u hear it all the time abs are made in the kitchen and it's important to eat right because a million crunches won't give u abs if u don't eat healthy


    And of course drink lots of h2O💧

    And get plenty of sleep😴
