  • All you need is:
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    Cinnamon works as an antibacterial and the honey disinfects and heals, oh and makes your skin soft and smell gorgeous!
    That’s it.
    Mix the two together, you can increase the quantities by how much you need but make sure to make sure they are equal parts.
    Give your face a good scrub and you can even leave it on for up to 15 mins. Then wash off and moisturise. If you are prone to lots of blackheads then you may have excessive oily skin and may want to try a cream that is oil-free, and even make-up and primers as this made a massive

  • difference to my t-zone.
    Your skin should feel amazing right now. Try to resist piling on the make-up for a mini selfie-photoshoot for at least a few hours- yes my skin looked that good I was tempted! You want your pores to close and settle so if you are planning on going out try and do this in the morning.
    If you don’t see a huge difference in the amount of blackheads that were removed first time, don’t panic, just repeat this process once more in the week. No more than twice.
    I always do this on Saturdays as I have more time but it would be great to try and squeeze it in during the week as

    Blackheads love the heat too, so if you are sweating and working out or just live in a hot climate then you definitely want to aim for twice a week. Try twice a week and see how your skin feels, if it feels like it’s too much then it will let you know, you can always reduce to once a week afterwards.
    Finally here are my final quick wins to keep those blackheads away!
    Cleanse and moisturize daily
    wash your face twice a day with cold water
    exfoliate your face (once or twice a week)
    avoid oily creams or soap

    drink lots of water
    try taking a multi-vitamin and eating more fruit and veg.
