  • If you get migraine headaches, can't fall asleep or like to meditate... this app is super cool!
    When I get a super bad headache, I'll play the headache therapy and shut off lights and lay down with my phone by my head.
    My head feels better in less than 30 min.

    If I'm over stressed about something at work I will tune to the relaxation sound and I feel my worries melt a way. Also works great to fall asleep to.

    I've tried to meditate and block out thoughts but it's hard to get all my thoughts to silence... this app will help to concentrate and get into meditation mode

  • I like to use headphones sometimes to block out any outside noises but works with just phone speakers.
