  • For every type of splits:
    •To start try and go down to the splits to see where you naturally fall before you start to work on it.
    •take a photo so each week you take another to see if your improving
    •practice every morning/evening
    •have patience,nobody can wake up one morning and fall into the splits,however some people will be able to do it faster than others
    •never compare yourself to other people you know,everyone's different!

  • Before you start do try the the splits do these warm ups hold each one for ten seconds⏰

  • Forwards splits and sidewards spilts....
    After doing the warm ups
    On your better/ preferred leg,slowly and carefully try to get into the splits.
    Hold it for 10 seconds.
    DO NOT bounce in the position.
    Make sure your breathing is steady,do not hold your breath.
    After slowly and carefully get out of it .Don't fall out of it just get up neatly.
    Now rest with your legs out,don't push or try and get them wider just hold where it's confutable,stay here for 30 seconds after to let your mussels call down slowly...

  • Wall splits...
    You must be able to the sideways and forward spits before try the wall ones.
    After doing all the warm ups.
    Take the same leg that's in front of you in forward splits and slowly push it up
    hold it for ten seconds.
    DO NOT bounce
    Make sure your breathing is steady,do not hold your breath.
    After slowly and carefully get out of it .Don't fall out of it just get up neatly.
    After sit with your legs out like after the first two and hold with a straight back for 20 seconds to let your mussels cool down slowly then do the same but with your legs informing of you and hold for 10 secs
