Rainbow Fruit Cake

  • 1. In a large bowl mix 2 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 10 tbsp melted butter.

    2. Press crumbs into a glass baking dish 13x9

    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Once that is done, let the crust cool.

    Spread a layer of creamy fruit dip across the graham cracker crust (I used Lund's and Byerly's brand.)

    Then in order of a rainbow, add sliced strawberries, pineapple, peaches, kiwi, and blueberries!

    Voila! You may use any fruit you'd like. You may also shape the crust into a rainbow if you prefer!
