  • Ingredients :
250gm butter 
175gm caster sugar 
100ml egg white 
200gm flour 
50gm cornflour 
1/4 teaspoon emplex
Food dyes: purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red

  • Instruction :
1. Sift flour, cornstarch and emplex.
Put aside.
2. Beat butter and caster sugar until creamy. Add the egg whites gradually and beat until well blended. 
3. Stir in flour and fold with a spatula until smooth. 
4. Divide into 6 portions and park with different dyes.

  • 5. Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a round nozzle and squeeze it horizontal straight according to the rainbow color order.
6. Bake in oven that had been preheat first with 150C temperature for 15 minutes. Do not let the surface  turn brown so that rainbow colour is not drowned.
