Cook the quinoa.
1 cup water
Mix three eggs with 2 cups cheese. Mix in the quinoa.
Season with fresh chives, onion and a garlic clove. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add any peppers you like.
Bake at 350 for half an hour or until eggs are done.
You can add ham, bacon or anything else you like. Feel free to experiment with amounts of seasoning.
