Quick Morning Routines
Wake up at a good time. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep is important because it gives your body time to regain energy for the next day. It also give your skin and body time to recuperate.
Eat breakfast! Eating in the morning is crucial, it keeps you focused during the day. If you can't have a big breakfast, at least grab a fruit or a yogurt before you leave.
Exercise! You have some time, try to squeeze in some yoga in the morning. Don't go for hard core workouts because they'll tire you out.

Makeup! I love using makeup but I also like going natural from time to time. Be cautious of how much you put on. Go for a light and natural look. It will still keep your face well defined. I usually just go for a concealer or BB cream and some mascara.
