  • Bananas are good to have if you want to delay your period as I ate 2 before mine and I didn't have it for 6/7 weeks and it missed my holiday it was great

  • Strawberry are the best it makes your period extremely light just have around 3/4 cut up into halfs

  • Very high potassium goods are good even though strawberries arnt up there, they work for me and end in 5 day as its so light for school aswell.
