Quick And Healthier Alternative To The Classic Macaroni And Cheese :D

This quick and easy healthier macaroni and cheese will fool you and your kids not knowing it's half the fat of regular macaroni and cheese My secret ingredient: cauliflower :)
1 can of Campbell's low fat cream of broccoli soup (you will be using the recipe on the back of the can for the sauce)
1 cup of Milk or chicken stock (for sauce)
1 pack of Kraft 1/2 the fat shredded cheese
1 pack of catelle smart macaroni pasta (dry)
TT parsley,salt,pepper,garlic powder

If available in your locale grocery store, Use the 1/2 Fat or low fat cream of broccoli soup
I personally love this brand of pasta the best, if offers a healthier alternative to you pastas and is whole grain and high fiber :)
Pre heat your oven to 375
Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender, drain and set aside. For the sauce put the can of soup in a pot and follow the instructions on the can, then once thick, turn off heat and add shredded cheese, cut the cauliflower into bite size pieces and then boiled it until tender, then purée until smooth, mix cauliflower In to the sauce, season to taste, add noodles and mix together, place in a deep oven safe dish and top with cheese and parsley, bake in the oven for 15 min or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
