1 scoop protein powder in bowl 2 jumbo size eggs Whisk together with fork (add chia seeds or flax for fiber and omega) Heat up small round pan with COCONUT oil Pour in some of your protein batter and let cool for 3 minutes on one side Flip and let cool for 1 more min and they are ready!
I use these pancakes as low carb, I have also made these for pre and post workout meals Feel free to add oats, banana, peanut butter and whatever you want your heart healthy pancakes to include, I made mine plain because I swear by a low carb diet and have found these a quick and easy snack to go
I use 5 star protein when I prep snack, but by all means use your favorite protein flavor!! Remember to use jumbo size eggs each contain 8 grams of protein. Enjoy! Don't forget to like and save!!
