  • 1 scoop protein powder in bowl
2 jumbo size eggs
Whisk together with fork (add chia seeds or flax for fiber and omega)
Heat up small round pan with COCONUT oil
Pour in some of your protein batter and let cool for 3 minutes on one side
Flip and let cool for 1 more min and they are ready!

  • I use 5 star protein when I prep snack, but by all means use your favorite protein flavor!! Remember to use jumbo size eggs each contain 8 grams of protein. Enjoy! Don't forget to like and save!!

  • With this recipe you can make two thick pancakes!! That's 46 grams of protein for a snack! If you have a sweet tooth use grade B maple syrup! Delicious
