  • 1 scoop protein 30 grams
2 jumbo eggs NOT large
Beat together with a fork in a boil really fast
Use coconut oil to. Grease pan lightly, make sure pan is hot before pouring the mix in
Leave about 3 min on 1 side
Flip and leave for 1 min
This is enough protein batter for two thick pancakes!! Or three

  • As an extra tip,
I buy the 20 dollar protein from wal Mart in chocolate or vanilla
It's cheap and I use most protein to add to meals,
By all means you can use the tastiest most expensive and add oats cinnamon chia seed bananas and whatever you heart desires to make hearty healthy pancakes.
This recipe is intended for LOW Carb as I do this diet frequently and have enjoyed this snack and swear by it!
This snack is 46 grams of protein!! That's great for a high protein snack! If you have a sweet tooth use grade B maple syrup!!!
