Pork Verde

  • You will need
    1lb of pork ribs
    1 medium sized potato
    1 can herdez verde salsa
    2 tbs vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic (minced)
    Seasoning salt

  • Here's what the sauce looks like

  • First you need to cut up your pork ribs and potato into bite size pieces.
    Next, add vegetable oil, and garlic, cook your pork.
    After pork is cooked add your potatoes and sautée them with the pork for a couple minutes.
    Then you need to add the whole can of sauce and turn the heat to medium.
    Cover your pan and cook until potatoes are soft, stirring occasionally. About 20 minutes.
    Add seasoning salt to your taste

  • I like to make beans and Spanish rice and eat the pork verde in a burrito fashion with lots of cheese, lettuce, and sour cream.
