To make the Pizza Nachos, you will need: butter, olive oil, garlic, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, tortilla chips, onion, pepperoni, black olives, green pepper, and Colby Jack cheese.
First, make the garlic cream sauce. Melt the butter, along with the olive oil, on medium to low heat. Once melted, add in the minced garlic and stir. Turn the heat up to medium-high. Add in the cream and milk and stir. Keep stirring until it comes to a boil.
Add in the salt, pepper &chili flakes & parm cheese. Continue stirring. The sauce will thicken quick so keep stirring. Once sauce thickened remove from burner & set aside. Preheat oven to 400F. In oven proof dish add tortilla chips. Next drizzle garlic cream sauce over chips.
Top with the onions, pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers. Finish the nachos off by adding Colby Jack cheese. Place in the preheated oven, and cook until the cheese is nice and bubbly and the veggies are warmed through, roughly 7 minutes or so. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
