You could be allergic to something. Trial and error, or visiting an allergy specialist are the best ways of working these out.
Personally, I got rid of milk from my diet and my skin improved within 10 days!

  • Try reducing the sugar and dairy intake in your diet. Simple sugars such as sweets and chocolate can make your skin worse, as can the likes of cheese and butter. Increase proteins, good fats, vitamins and minerals though

  • If you have very dry skin try epaderm, you put it on before and after showering or swimming, and also before bed, it locks in the moisture and keeps your skin soft
