If you experiencing cramp in public or in school, try this little trick 👌🏻
If your anything like me and need comfort when on your period, try this. Wear your ordinary underwear with your pad on then stick a pair of women's boxer briefs on top of your undies. This will give you more comfort, feel more secure and prevent leakage 🖖🏼
Yoga : I understand when your on your period you don't want to workout or do anything, but doing some yoga and stretches will actually help whilst on your period. It will reduce cramp and could potentially make your period lighter!
Water : One word : Drink! Drinking lots of water while on your period while help lots. It will help with cramps and will help with your flow. Also water helps clear skin and get rid of toxins in your body 👌🏻
Period kit : when you go out for the day be sure to pack your bag including a makeup bag with plenty of pads,tampons or whatever you use. 😊
Relax : Although it is advised to do some exercise don't over do it, take some time to just chill and relax. Come on your body is going through a lot so just put your feet up and relax a little 💆🏼
Don't forget : Remember that you are not alone, all girls are going through the same thing as you so try don't stress over anything and if you are paranoid about leaking at school etc, try make up a code with your besties so you can tell each other without everyone else knowing 👭👭
