  • Are you annoyed with your cramps, underwear period stains, and trying to get those girly stuff of yours from school or work? Here are some tips on how to do these things!!!!
Are you annoyed with your cramps, underwear period stains, and trying to get those girly stuff of yours from school or work? Here are some tips on how to do these things!!!!
  • Ready to get those annoying period stains out of your underwear? First lay out your underwear on top of something you don't care of getting ruined (a table, towel, etc). Then Mix ¼ cup of hydrogen peroxide with ¾ cup water. You can pour this on the stain or you can soak the stained area in the solution before washing. Another option is to mix one tablespoon of meat tenderizer with two tablespoons of cold water. Mix this together to make a paste. Then simply apply this on the stain and scrub it!!!!!

  • Wanna get ride of those stupid cramps? Use a heating pad and if you don't got one... use a sock. Get a old big sock and then put a couple of cups of white rice in there... then tie the top of the sock in a knot. Heat the sock up for 5 mins and you got yourself a personal heating pad.
Also take some advil or any other pain reliever medicine. But I would suggest to eat with the medicine.
Also don't take a bath because that's bathing in your own blood. Take a shower to wash yourself every morning and night to get ride of the blood on you.

  • I am in highschool and I hate people knowing I'm on my period. So what I do is I get a pencil case and put my pads and tampons in there. Then put it in the bottom your purse or school bag. If you wanna get it out with out anyone knowing... open up the pencil case in your bag and then put a pad or tampon up your sleeve, in your boot/shoe, or under your shirt or pocket. I do this every time I am on my period and it works really well for me!

  • If you look up on YouTube there is some yoga poses to release the period cramps you got and it will make you feel much better. I do this every time I have cramps and it relaxes me and makes me feel a lot better.

  • SAVE AND LIKE! ❤

I hope this helps you as much as it helped me! I always hear girls saying that they are very depressed all the time with all of these periods so I hope it helps!
