  • -Take a hot bath, the warm water soothes your muscles
    -As hard as it is, try not to eat sweets such as ice cream, cake etc. They tend to cause PMS which causes stress making your cramps hurt more
    -Drink water
    -exercise even though its the last thing on you mind😣
    -Take tylenol, etc

  • -last but not least place a hot rag on your lower stomach where the cramps are!
