Skin & Body
Step 1: Remove anything that's uncomfortable. This includes hair ties, head bands, bras, etc.
Set 2: Take a bath. For extra relaxation, use scented bath salts. They make you smell wonderful, and they make your skin soft.
Step 3: Wash your face and do a face mask. My personal favorite is any kind of mask with cucumbers in it.
Step 4: Rinse your face and brew two tea bags. Let them steep for a few minutes and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then, lay down and put them over your eyes. They are great for removing dark circles.
Step 5: Soften up your feet. To do this, you need two plastic bags, a pair of socks, and a bottle of lotion. Slather a generous amount of lotion on your feet, put the bags on them, and hold them in place with socks.
Step 6: Take the bags of your feet after about an hour. If there is any extra lotion, rub it in.
Step 7: Paint your nails. If you have darker skin, stick to warmer colors like peach, gold, etc. If you have lighter skin, stick to cooler colors like blue, silver, etc.
