  • Ever caught yourself just 'ugh get me out of here!!! I want to go to bed!!! Usually because you're tired right? Or you haven't been exercising enough! This basic work out will boost you life and health and its soooo easy!
    Ever caught yourself just 'ugh get me out of here!!! I want to go to bed!!! Usually because you're tired right? Or you haven't been exercising enough! This basic work out will boost you life and health and its soooo easy!
  • Step 1) find a time that works for you
    I usually do this workout when I wake up before I shower -I get pretty sweaty- and before bed every, morning and night
    Step 2) start small
    Build your muscles to get to the big time, sweat worthy work out, or you might have trouble walking and carrying things for the next few days
    Step 3) diet
    Don't starve your self, eat healthy, that may mean eating a lot of healthy food so don't be discouraged of eating lots of fruit!! This exercise won't be effective without the right diet (like any other workout)

  • Step 4) do it!!!
    Actually do this work out, but it's ok to skip a night or morning, but don't get in the habit!
    Step 5) don't be discouraged by other people!
    It's not their life, they've got no business telling you if you should or shouldn't workout
    Step 6) don't do all 50 at one time!
    This is very important!!!! You should do a maximum of 20 reps without a break for a few seconds, or your muscles will get tired and you won't have any results!

  • And finally the workout
    Morning:
    50 squats
    50 sit-ups
    50 Russian twists (one side touch=1 rep)
    50 mountain climbers

    Night:
    50 squats
    50 sit-ups
    50 Russian twists (one side touch=1 rep)
    50 mountain climbers

    AND DONT FORGET TO EAT SOMETHING WITH LOTS OF PROTEINS LIKE PEANUT BUTTER!!! VERY IMPORTANTS!!!

  • Never ever for get to eat! It may seem as if weight loss is impossible if you eat, but it's so important to give your strengthening muscles to nourish them! This work out like all others requires a HEALTHY diet, with real food that nourishes your body! But counting calories in foods that are bad for you will not work, don't look at the label because there will be none, go to the fresh produce section and buy LOTS! You will need a lot of veggies to fill you up!
