  • Pepsi cake(sweet)
    1.regular biscuits (not salted)
    2.dream whip cream(1pack)
    3.condensed cream(nestle 1 can)
    4.cream Carmel (flan 1 pack)
5.pepsi(1 can or enough to cover the top)
    6.milk

  • Put some milk in a small bowl and dip each biscuit seperetly for one second in the milk and organizing it in a pyrex or a serving plate.make sure that you don't let the biscuit stay long in the milk because it will get soggy and fall apart.

  • After, you'll need to mix in a separate bowl the whipping cream powder and the condensed cream until you get a heavy thick texture but if it got too thick just add a bit of the milk you dipped the biscuits in, after the mix is ready you'll need to spread the mix on top of the biscuit. Spread it evenly and make sure you won't mess up the organized biscuits. And then you'll need to put it in the fridge until it's a little bit hard.

  • While it's still in the fridge you'll need to put a cooking pot on the stove and add the Pepsi until it boils! After it boils lower the temperature down and add the cream Carmel powder to it, make sure that your stirring while your doing that to prevent clumps. Then let it cool down but make sure you'll keep stirring every couple of minutes because it turns to jelly form. So finally bring the biscuit Pyrex out and carefully add the Pepsi mix to it! Then place it in the fridge again to make sure it's completely cold and the Pepsi turned to jello! And boom!!! Cut it out in squares slowly!See pic
